above-par web project
teeing up a new website for Asbri Golf
Europe’s leading golf accessory brand, Asbri Golf have appointed us to design and develop their new website which will showcase their ever-growing range of branded golf accessories.
Established in 2005, Asbri Golf provide branded golf accessories to the golf trade, corporate golf day organisers and golf societies. Clients of the company range from professionals at small golf clubs to some of the world’s largest golf resorts.
The company is an official supplier of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) and was an official licensee for The Ryder Cup when it was held at The Celtic Manor Resort in 2010. Asbri has also been Official Merchandise vendor to The US Open and The 2014 Senior Open.
Headquartered in South Wales but with distributors throughout the world, Asbri pride themselves on their attention to detail, exceptional customer service and always delivering customer orders on time.
The new website will be aimed at promoting the company’s range of branded and bespoke golf accessories and will be built using our own content management system, thinkCMS. This will not only allow Asbri to have full control to edit and update the website but also provide it with automated SEO features.
The website will also use a product database from our eCommerce solution, thinkShopper, which will allow Asbri to easily manage the thousands of different products that it sells. As each of the products that Asbri provide are bespoke to the customer, the website will not feature an eCommerce basket or checkout and visitors will instead be directed with clear calls to action to either call or email Asbri to discuss their requirements.
This project allows us to combine our web design and development capabilities, as well as the technology skills that we can now offer after our recent acquisition of VSIthinking to create UpriseVSI.
We’re looking forward to unveiling the finished website soon. If you have a web design project that you wants us to ‘take a swipe at’, give us a call.
